Pharma Raw Material procurement, Import License, Duty Payment, Vendor Development and negotiation

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Manage import licenses, coordinate with customs authorities, and handle duty payments for imported materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Conduct vendor evaluation, selection, and negotiation for the best terms and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to material procurement and importation.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability without overstocking.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and finance teams for seamless material flow.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through effective procurement strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes.
