Job Description
- Deliver POSH ACT Awareness Training: Conduct free-of-charge sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act 2013 for Government and Non-Government organizations. Help combat workplace sexual harassment and enhance understanding of the act.
- Provide Support and Advice: Offer proper guidance and assistance while applying the law across various sectors. Ensure employees and organizations are well-equipped to address and prevent instances of harassment.
- Participate in Training Programs: Engage in training initiatives sponsored by the NGO, catering to different industries and employee groups. Contribute to creating safer work environments through education and awareness.
- Promote Safe Workplaces: Foster a culture of safety and respect in the workplace by implementing social training programs. Create an environment where every employee feels secure and valued.
- Remuneration:
- This is a freelance training opportunity with generous compensation. We offer competitive remuneration for every training session conducted in your city
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Corporate Training or Skill Training within Professional Services and Not for Profit industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are willing to undertake 40-60% travel within your locality.
