Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement sales support strategy for a designated area in accordance with the global support strategy. Each day, you will ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing estimations, bids, and proposals ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets and leading, developing, and coaching the Sales Support team.The work model for the role is:
This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Energy Industries division based in Bangalore, India.You will be mainly accountable for: Manage a team of Global L1 Support Specialists and ensure they remain technically solid both in Control System and in the Sales Configurator Platform itself Develop and maintain processes and tools for providing Best in Class L1 Support globally Develop and maintain training plans, processes and materials to ensure all users are competent in using the tool efficiently Provide support to team as and when needed Ensure the timely delivery of assigned responsibilities in accordance with compliance guide-lines.You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
