Job Description
We are looking for a Hardware Networking Engineer to provide in-house assistance to our employees
You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware related problems
You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware related problems
Technical Skills : 2+ Experience working on the following areas:
Knowledge on Web Server, Control Panel, Software and Services such, File sharing Server(s) etc
Will be responsible for the system, hardware allocation, and configuration management
Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems
Monitoring and Administration of the IT Infrastructure like Laptop, Desktop & Printer, Installation, and configuration of Windows Operating System
Experience in set -up of Lan / Wan
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Server, and workplace firewall
Handling Documentation and Excel related admin task
Technical support related communication with external hosting and domain, email agency
Computer assembling and maintenance
Maintenance of IT network (LAN and WAN) and system security
Installation & troubleshooting of printer and scanners
Monitoring and Administration of the IT Infrastructure like Laptop, Desktop & Printer, Installation, and configuration of Windows Operating System
Must have good written and verbal English communication skills
