Hardware Network Engineer

We are looking for a Hardware Networking Engineer to provide in-house assistance to our employees.

You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware related problems.

Technical Skills:

• 2+ Experience working on the following areas:
• Knowledge on Web Server, Control Panel, Software and Services such, File sharing Server(s) etc.
  
• Will be responsible for the system, hardware allocation, and configuration management.
  
• Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
  
• Monitoring and Administration of the IT Infrastructure like Laptop, Desktop & Printer, Installation, and configuration of Windows Operating System.
  
• Experience in set -up of Lan / Wan.
  
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
  
• Troubleshoot issues and outages.

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

• Server, and workplace firewall
  
• Handling Documentation and Excel related admin task.
  
• Technical support related communication with external hosting and domain, email agency.
  
• Computer assembling and maintenance.
  
• Maintenance of IT network (LAN and WAN) and system security.
  
• Installation & troubleshooting of printer and scanners.
  
• Monitoring and Administration of the IT Infrastructure like Laptop, Desktop & Printer, Installation, and configuration of Windows Operating System
  
• Must have good written and verbal English communication skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in network engineering, , computer science, information technology, or a related field.
