Overall Job Description

• Advisory services to the assigned business & support departments viz. GMG, TBG, CGMO & TBO on regulatory requirements and interpretation
• Review, Vetting and Sign-off of new & revised Products, Processes and Policies
• New Product Monitoring of newly launched Products and Processes
• Liaising with RBI, other Regulators, market bodies, peer banks for guidance, networking, discussing compliance & best practices
• Support to RBS team of Compliance during the Onsite (and Offsite) Risk based supervision exercise by RBIs SSM with regard to the assigned departments
• Conduct of RBS Tranche-III testing and Compliance Testing as per Annual Testing Plan

Education and Work Experience Requirements

Education - Graduate (Essential), CA/MBA/Post Graduation (Preferred)

Work Experience - 9-14 Years (Total) from Banking Sector only.
