Regional Procurement Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible for fulfilling the procurement requirement of the TN region. Manage 70-100 vendors for food services
• Liases with key stakeholder (operations team at clients manufacturing & non-manufacturing, vendor, culinary, sales, mobilization, HSEQ, Finance for determining the product and service needs)
• Responsible for negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
• Nurtures the relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company.
• Responsible for reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility
• Responsible for approving purchase orders, organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production
• Identify potential suppliers based on new & existing project requirements.
• Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times.

Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing
