Mechanical/Utility Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Supervising and overseeing the operation of Mechanical, Plumbing and environmental equipment. (HVAC, DG sets, Air Compressors, DM plant, STP, ETP, MEE, Plumbing, Firefighting Equipments, WTP, RO Plants, MHEs Etc)
• Analysing equipment breakdown details and calculating MTTR, MTBF and Preparing RCA
• Reviewing and approving equipment maintenance schedule
• Communicating the plant equipment operation objectives and delegating tasks to the team members
• Conducting staff meetings and training sessions
• Overseeing equipment installation processes
• Planning and Ensuring plant maintenance schedule
• Scheduling and performing quality control checks.
• Preparing and presenting plant engineering reports
• Assigning long and short-term equipment maintenance process
• Ensuring SLA/KPI are meet as per the requirement.
• Evaluating engineering blueprints
• Interviewing and recruiting Shift Engineers/MSTs
• Ensuring that the projects are completed on time.
• Negotiating equipment operational terms and conditions with clients
• Analysing and resolving any disputes amongst the team members
