Company Secretary (Freshers/Pursuing Candidates)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Company Secretary. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates currently pursuing their Company Secretaryship to gain hands-on experience and grow in their professional journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in ensuring compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.
Support in maintaining statutory registers, records, and filing returns with regulatory authorities.
Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and resolutions for Board and General Meetings.
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and policies.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper governance practices.
Stay updated with changes in corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and legal requirements.
