Company Secretary

Role & responsibilities -

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with organizing board, committee and EGM/AGM meetings including preparing Agenda, Notice and Minutes.
• Statutory filings with Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other regulatory bodies.
• Preparing Boards/Annual Report.
• Drafting, Vetting and renewal of agreement etc
• Assisting with preparing and maintaining statutory documents and records, such as registers of members, directors, Contracts etc.
• Drafting miscellaneous documents including letters, policies etc.
• Review and maintenance of Compliance Management tool and contract management tool.
• Supporting the inhouse legal team on miscellaneous subjects.
• Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.
• Handling Compliance requirement for all the group companies.
• Supporting the Company Secretary for all the matters.

Preferred candidate profile -

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• A Qualified Company Secretary with a Membership number from ICSI.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• 1- 2 Years of experience in Public Company or a Firm or a listed Company.
