The Company has started a new Investment Vertical where it is investing in selected strategic companies to propel their business trajectory towards lucrative expansion, professionalize and condense their sustainable growth and profitability; and finally steering these entities towards an initial public offering (IPO) within a 36-month horizon.

We provide services including but not limited to Branding, Promotion, Marketing, Funding assistance, Business Reviews, Compliance assistance, Improvement Cycles along with dedicated Growth Partners steering the Company Strategy to launch the company towards the next level of growth. The Company has launched its own AIF (Cat II) for soliciting investments in our Investee Companies.

Current Portfolio consist of 10 Companies with total revenues crossing INR 500 Crores and 3 of them are IPO Bound.

We are hiring Company Secretary to help us in managing Compliances for BBPL Investments and our Portfolio of Investee Companies.

As the Company Secretary, expectations are as follows :

- Advising and Managing Capital Market transactions including IPOs, Secondary placements, M&A, ESOPs, AIF etc.

- Pre-IPO Advisory vis-a-vis Share Capital Alteration & Re-structuring, Conversion to Public Limited, etc.

- Advising and ensuring high standards of Corporate Governance including preparing, conducting, and finalizing board meetings and general meetings

- Ensuring Compliance with regulators including Stock Exchanges, SEBI, RBI, Depositories etc.

- Preparing and filing documents: Drafting and filing regulatory documents, and overseeing the making and filing of forms, reports, and documents

- RBI Compliances for Investment Vehicle (ND-SI); under process of Incorporation & License

- Undertaking Secretarial Audit of Investee Companies

- Coordinating with exchanges and regulatory bodies

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education: Qualified Company Secretary (Mandatory) with Commerce background (preferable)

- Experience: About 5 years + of experience in Merchant Banking or a similar role, with a proven track record of handling SME IPOs

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian capital markets, regulatory environment, funding mechanisms and requisite compliances

- Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills; and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
