Position Overview.
- We are seeking a Company Secretary who will be responsible for overseeing the corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and pre-IPO activities of the organization.
- This role requires extensive experience in managing the secretarial and compliance functions of a listed company, as well as hands-on involvement in the entire pre-IPO process.
- The candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors, management, and external advisors to ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks, especially SEBI, MCA, and Stock Exchange guidelines.
Profile : Company Secretary.
Salary : upto 7 LPA.
Location : Dakshinee Metropolitan, Kolkata.
Educational & Functional Qualifications.
- Qualified Company Secretary.
- A bachelor's degree in law (LLB) or Finance is preferred.
Core Competencies:
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience as a Company Secretary, with 1-2 years significant experience in listed company compliances.
- Strong expertise in pre-IPO documentation and liaising with SEBI, stock exchanges, and other regulatory bodies.
- Previous experience working with corporate restructuring, public offerings, and compliance reporting for listed entities is essential.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, 2013, and corporate governance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the Board, senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.
- Expertise in drafting legal documents, agreements, and offering memorandums.
