Job Description
1) To visit site/hotspots and carry out CBS testing
2) To Provide prevention, care and support services
3) To identify hotspots/sites and visit and provide Non TI services
4) HIV confirmation and linkages to ART treatment
5) Distribution commodities and promotion for safer sex practices.
6) Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly report submission
7) To facilitate support group meeting and conduct index testing.
8) To conduct CBS/ICTC health camp and reach out uncovered and uncovered sites.
9) Take up any other related responsibilities as per the instructions of the Supervisor.
