Implementation Specialist

Position Summary

• A solid customer focus and commitment to service is critical to this role as the Implementation Specialist will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the Implementation process.
• The Implementation Specialist is highly empathetic to each customers unique needs and willpossessthe strong analytical skills needed to map customer requirements to the YM solutions.
• Responsibilities include completing theinitialcustomer assessment, analyzing the customers current business processes and legacy systems, defining new businessprocesses that leverage YMs solutions, and completing the implementation process.
• This position will be in our Pune Office for US time shift.

• • Bachelors ormasters degree inComputerScienceor relevant Engineering degree.
  • Having3+years of experience working with customers implementing business systems is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to listen andidentifyclient needs
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Must be a self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment
  • Proven propensity to learnnew technologiesquickly
  • Experience with CRM software systems, web content management systems, membership management systems or other association software tools
  • Technical skill set should include working knowledge of MS Word, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS Excel, DNS, HTML,XMLand browser technologies
  • Willingness to work inUStime Shift.
