Job Description

We are seeking a Accountant to join our growing team!
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Position Summary
We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team with experience in billing/generating invoicing and other back-office functions. You should have a good knowledge of accounting software and processes but also strong accounting concepts. This position will be in our Pune Office.
A Day in the Life
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Following up with customers for payments by sending email.
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports of AR & other required reports.
  • Preparing account statements and performing related activities.
  • Handling all kinds of disputes raised by the customers and co-ordinating to get
    resolution within a stipulated time
  • Should have good exposure in MS office & exposure with ERP is preferred.

  • Has strong accounting concepts & knowledge.
  • Has experience as a confident Accountant Collection, with the ability to break down
    complex problems into manageable solutions
  • Can produce quality deliverables for a variety of audiences
  • Possesses strong communication skills
  • Is results-driven with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Has 2-4 years of experience working in a finance or accounting function
  • Has a strong/expert level of proficiency in Excel, and financial consolidation tools.
  • Bachelor of commerce or M.com or MBA Finance or CMA/CA
  • Shift timing 1 PM 10 PM
