Technical Support Engineer

Skill Required

• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

Roles & Responsibilities

• Week off depends upon roster/No Fixed Saturday/Sunday & Holiday off.
• Call Coordination, Assignment, Team Management.
• Remote Technical Help to Field Engineers
• Ensure the calls are closed within the SLA timeframes
• Escalate to RC if any assistance is required for any call
• Coordinate with respective Central support teams & vendor for resolving calls
• Ensure timely updates are given to RRL State team on any activities & tasks assignedRole & responsibilities
