Why we need this role:


Global HR Shared Services will lead the global HR Shared Services team, focusing on efficient operations, data integrity, compliance, and process simplification. The role requires expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (SF), ticket management systems, and operational excellence to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The incumbent will oversee employee data management, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with SLAs, audits, and global regulations.


What you will do:


Operational Leadership:


  • Oversee the global HR Shared Services team, ensuring seamless delivery of services and adherence to SLAs.
  • Provide functional expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules, including:
    • Job Architecture and Position Management
    • Recruitment, Onboarding, and Offboarding
    • Employee Central
    • Compensation and Time Off Management
    • Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
    • ESS and MSS
    • Reporting and Analytics
  • Implement and manage a ticket management system to streamline employee query resolution, track service metrics, and improve response times.
  • Partner with the HRIS team to optimize the use of SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.

Process Optimization:


  • Identify, simplify, and streamline global HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Leverage the ticketing system and SAP SF to automate repetitive tasks and standardize workflows.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure process improvements align with system capabilities and business needs.

Data Management & Compliance:


  • Ensure accurate and secure management of employee data in SAP SF, maintaining data integrity and reliability.
  • Oversee compliance with global data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal policies.
  • Prepare and support internal and external audits, ensuring robust documentation and compliance measures are in place.

Team Management:


  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR Shared Services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Define objectives, monitor performance, and provide feedback to drive individual and team success.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet service demands and maintain global consistency.

Service Level Management:


  • Establish, monitor, and report on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and issues logged in the ticket management system.
  • Build a customer-centric approach to global HR service delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration:


  • Act as the primary liaison between HR Shared Services, HRIS, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on global goals and priorities.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and regional HR teams to address challenges and enhance service delivery.

Strategic Initiatives:


  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the global HR Shared Services strategy, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve HR service delivery and employee experience globally.

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, with a strong focus on operations and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven track record of managing ticketing systems and HR service delivery in a global shared services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization and leading global teams.

Technical Skills:


  • Functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation, Time Off, RBP, Reporting).
  • Hands-on experience with ticket management systems and workflow optimization tools.
  • Proficiency in compliance regulations and audit requirements for HR data.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.
  • High attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
