Job Description
As a finance analyst you will provide accurate and data-based information on company s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.
What you will do:
- Performing financial accounting, analysis and reporting
- Ensures accurate accounting in compliance with group policies and carries out monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities including sub-ledger closing
- Preparation of manual journal postings, finalization of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and reconciliations, Variance analysis and commentaries
- Consolidating financial data (for example budgets, income statement forecasts etc) and analyzing against Colt s financial goals to identify pain points and opportunities
- Providing recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance, in line with strategic objectives
- Assembling and summarizing data, providing reporting on Colt s financial status and existing / potential risks
What we re looking for:
- A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance or Accounting or a relevant field.
- 1 to 6 years of experience in Accounting & Reporting
- Conduct process analysis, working with senior colleagues to drive continuous improvement
