Job Description:

We are looking for a business development executive who is highly motivated and skilled to join our rapidly expanding team. The perfect candidate will have the responsibility of generating leads, increasing revenue, and creating new opportunities for the growth of our business.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and equipment needs.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.
• Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.

Required skills and qualifications

* Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.

* Minimum 4-8 years of experience in sales or business development roles.

* Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.

* Prior experience dealing with Architects, PMC and Projects would be desirable.
