We are looking for a person responsible for managing financial transactions and maintaining administrative processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's financial and administrative operations, contributing to overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. - Process invoices and payments in a timely manner. - Maintain financial records, ledgers, and documentation. - Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
2. Administrative Support: - Provide general administrative support to various departments. - Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels. - Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
3. Data Entry and Record Keeping: - Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in financial and administrative systems. - Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
4. Compliance and Reporting: - Assist in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. - Support audit preparation and provide required documentation. - Prepare reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.
5. Communication and Coordination: - Liaise with vendors, clients, and other external parties. - Foster effective communication between different departments and team members. - Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field - 3-5 years work experience in accounting and/or administrative roles. - Strong proficiency in Tally - Finance tool - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks. - High level of integrity and ethics in handling financial matters and sensitive information. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
