Position Overview:

The Head of Founder's Office role is pivotal to company's growth, working closely with senior leadership to drive key strategic and operational initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the company's trajectory, build cross-functional capabilities, and deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Model Development:


- Define and refine the long-term strategy for building a multi-region, brand franchise business.

- Conduct detailed research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic direction.

- Develop actionable plans for scaling operations, expanding into new geographies, and building robust revenue models.

Decision Framework Design & Implementation:

- Create and implement strategic frameworks for critical decisions, such as brand selection, market prioritization, and channel strategy.

- Develop organizational KPIs and metrics to measure performance and business health.

- Work with leadership to design structures that support efficient decision-making and alignment with business goals.

Leading Cross-Functional Projects:

- Anchor and lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

- Collaborate with leaders across functions, including supply chain, finance, marketing, and technology, to execute key priorities.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.

Enabling Business and Functional Leaders:

- Serve as a strategic enabler, providing support and creating bandwidth for functional leaders to focus on mission-critical initiatives.

- Drive leadership hiring and onboarding, ensuring new leaders integrate seamlessly into the organization.

- Support financial planning, budget management, and performance tracking in partnership with the finance team.

- Assist in brand acquisition efforts, including preparing case studies and data-driven success stories to support business development.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Professional Background

- D2C Founders/Entrepreneurs: Experience as a founder or leader of a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on understanding of building and scaling an e-commerce business.

- E-Commerce Professionals: Background in e-commerce platforms or businesses, with expertise in category management, strategic planning, business development, or corporate strategy.

Key Skills:

- Strategic Vision: Ability to define long-term strategies and translate them into actionable plans.

- Operational Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex operations, from market entry to multi-channel e-commerce execution.

- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills, with an ability to craft insightful frameworks and metrics.

- Leadership & Collaboration: Track record of leading cross-functional teams and working effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Execution Ability: A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, capable of rolling up sleeves to deliver results.

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively and influence key decisions.

Experience:

- For Founders: Experience in launching, scaling, and operating a D2C business, showcasing entrepreneurial grit and a growth mindset.

- For E-Commerce Professionals: 10-15 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in e-commerce roles focused on category leadership, strategy, operations, or corporate development, ideally within high-growth or global environments.
