Job Title: CRM Tele Sales Executive (Online Leads)

Location: Noida Sec 62

Experience: 1-4 years (Inbound Sales / Telesales) (Freshers can also apply)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated CRM Tele Sales Executive to handle online leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales conversions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential customers from online leads via calls, emails, and chat.
• Understand customer requirements and present product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Convince prospects to schedule a product demo and handle price negotiations.
• Proactively follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion and closure.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress in CRM.
• Work closely with the inside sales team to improve customer engagement strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while earning attractive incentives.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales/telesales, preferably in a CRM or SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience in handling price negotiations and closing deals.
• Proficiency in Excel or tracking leads and performance.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to earn incentives.
