Position: Facility Executive (On rolls of Colliers)

Nature of Client: Corporate Office

Job Location: Goregaon (East) & BKC- Mumbai

Experience: 3-5 years in Soft Services

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Role:

• Take early morning rounds of the facility to identify the issues if any and observe the Housekeeping work is being done properly.
• Vendor management for Admin and Facilities vendors
• Vendor Onboarding co -ordinating with vendor
• Gather requirements (internal, external, participants, Type of seating arrangements/ set up, F&B, Logistics, Goodies and gifts, invitation, AV support coordination.
• Co-ordination for lunch arrangements for board meeting or any request from corporate leaders.
• Issuing PO as required through to clearing of all invoices.
• Manning Registration desk when required.
• Should be able to coordinate with AV resources for hassle free execution of event,
• Should be able to coordinate with compliance authorities for approvals if any.

Desired Role:

• Candidate should have experience managing corporate events , trainings, seminars .
• Strong Communication skills are required.
• Should be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
