Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage field collections for tractor finance loans, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts from customers.
  
• Conduct cash collection, payment collection and loan collection activities to minimize delinquencies and bad debts.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements during the entire collections process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including phone calls, emails, and physical visits.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate preferred with min 1 year collection experience
