We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Trainer to provide comprehensive training to individuals interested in housekeeping. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that cover essential housekeeping skills, hygiene practices, and customer service to ensure participants are well-prepared for professional housekeeping roles.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and deliver practical and theoretical training sessions on housekeeping tasks, including cleaning techniques, sanitation, laundry, and room setup.
Provide hands-on demonstrations of housekeeping equipment and materials.
Teach and enforce safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor trainees progress and provide feedback and support.
Prepare training materials and resources.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housekeeping industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in housekeeping or as a housekeeping trainer.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels.
Patience and strong interpersonal skills.
Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management
