Inside CoinDCX s Governance, Risk & Compliance Team Our Governance, Risk & Compliance team ensures that CoinDCX operates within a robust framework of governance and risk management. We safeguard the company s operations by identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards. If you re detail-oriented and passionate about governance, join us in protecting the integrity and reputation of CoinDCX. You will be mining through these tasks: Regulatory Compliance Oversight: Stay abreast of key regulatory requirements applicable to the organization in the current fast evolving and dynamic environment. Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance across all functions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any compliance gaps and implement necessary corrective actions. Build, implement and maintain policies and procedure for compliance across onboarding, transaction and customer operationsKYC Compliance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of digital KYC requirements. Assess the current status of KYC processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement new rules and ideas to enhance the organizations KYC strength.Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention: Proactively identify potential Financial Crime and Fraud risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Collaborate with AML and Fraud analysts to monitor and investigate suspicious activities. Implement proactive measures to prevent Financial Crime and Fraud and protect the organization and its customers.Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders, including product and analytics teams, to ensure alignment on compliance and KYC initiatives. Work closely with regulators and external partners to address compliance-related inquiries and requirements.Decision Making: Make informed decisions regarding customer risk mitigation based on compliance checks. Conduct market studies to evaluate and deploy new compliance tools with cutting edge technologies.
