HR Executive

Position: HR Executive - Recruitment work (80%) & HR Generalist work (20%)

Location: Neelambur, Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Recruitment & HR Operations

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment (80%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlist candidates based on job fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct HR rounds, and facilitate technical assessments.
• Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates and extend offer letters.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports, databases, and candidate pipelines.

HR Generalist (20%)

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
• Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
• Support in HR policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.
• Handle grievance resolution and employee queries related to HR policies.
• Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and performance appraisals.
• Support training and development programs as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment and HR operations.
• Education: Any UG/ MBA degree preferred
• Target Oriented

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HR policies and general HR functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office must
