Assistant Consultant - Solutions

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the project and the process or SOP documentation requirements


Identification of key performance indicators and formation of performance evaluation matrix


Work with SMEs to understand process flows and be able to convert them into formal procedural documents


Ability to analyse, prepare documentation, and co-ordinate layout and organisation


Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience


Explain concepts and processes simply and concisely to help internal and external users understand the technology


Work across various teams to generate effective materials for the required audience

Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills


The incumbent should have an excelling knowledge of written and spoken English


The incumbent should possess good organisation and planning skills


The incumbent should be skilled in use of Microsoft Office


Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and CorelDraw would be an added advantage
