PHP and Laravel Developer- Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the PHP development team, ensuring high-quality code and project success.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of PHP-based web applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Optimize database performance and backend architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex coding issues.
• Implement best coding practices, security standards, and performance optimizations.
• Stay updated with emerging PHP technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in PHP development.
• Expertise in Laravel, CodeIgniter, or other PHP frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Experience with version control (Git), deployment, and server management.
• Leadership experience in managing a development team or projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
