Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and updating Work Instructions (WIs), reviewing and updating Process Owner (POE) steps, and maintaining rubrics for the POE team. Additionally, the Content Writer will develop checklists and email templates to ensure consistency and clarity in all documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Updating:
• Create and update Work Instructions (WIs) for various processes and programs.
• Ensure that all WIs are clear, concise, and easy to follow.
• Regularly review and update existing WIs to reflect process changes and improvements.
• Process Owner (POE) Support:
• Review and validate the steps shared by the POE team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Update rubrics for the POE team based on the reviewed steps.
• Identify and discuss any disconnects or inconsistencies with the POE team and make necessary edits.
• Checklist and Template Development:
• Develop and maintain checklists to ensure all necessary steps are covered in the WIs and POE processes.
• Create and update email templates for communication with stakeholders, including the POE team and other relevant departments.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the POE team, business units, and other stakeholders to gather and validate information.
• Participate in meetings and discussions to ensure alignment and clarity in process documentation.
• Provide regular updates to the team and management on the progress of content creation and updates.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in content writing, technical writing, or a similar role.
• Experience in creating and updating process documentation and work instructions.
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools is a plus.
