Job Description - Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with 5+ years of expertise. The candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP MM and EWM solutions to meet our business needs. This position requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross[1]functional teams to enhance supply chain and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Implementation:
Analyze business requirements in SAP MM and EWM solutions to optimize supply chain and warehouse operations.
Configure SAP MM and EWM modules to meet organizational needs.
participate in end-to-end SAP MM/EWM implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
2. Business Process Optimization:
Identify and resolve gaps in existing SAP processes related to materials and warehouse
management.
Recommend process improvements and implement SAP best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities.
3. Integration and Cross-Module Collaboration:
Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM/EWM with other modules like SAP SD, PP, FI/CO, and APO.
Support integration with third-party systems and tools as needed.
4. Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP MM and EWM functionalities.
Address user queries and resolve technical issues promptly.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
5. User Training and Documentation:
Develop training materials and provide hands-on training sessions for warehouse and logistics teams.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of SAP MM and EWM modules, including configuration and implementation.
Proficiency in key MM processes (procure to pay) and EWM processes (goods receipt,
picking/put away, inventory control, etc.).
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM and EWM functionalities.
2. Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM and EWM implementation and support.
Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Proficiency in identifying enhancements and provide logic to the developers.
4. Integration Knowledge:
Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM/EWM and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PP, and WM).
Understanding of interfacing SAP with external warehouse and transportation systems.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Adaptable to dynamic business environments.
Work Environment:
S/4 Hana and EWM, preferably public and private Cloud environment
