- Business Development: Identify new market segments and regions, capitalizing on emerging opportunities to fuel international growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to customize offerings and solutions that meet the specific needs of international markets.
- Negotiations Deal Closing: Lead high-level negotiations and close profitable international deals, establishing beneficial partnerships that contribute to global revenue.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on international sales performance, providing strategic insights to senior management to drive continuous improvement.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events, enhancing brand visibility and generating new business opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing initiatives comply with international regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-13 years in international sales and marketing, ideally within the IT sector.
- Track Record: Proven success in driving revenue growth and expanding businesses into new international markets.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of global market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Negotiation Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with a demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with product development, marketing, and other teams to deliver tailored solutions for international clients.
