Position : International Sales and Marketing Manager
Location : Chandigarh
Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven International Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our global expansion efforts. In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 10-13 years of experience in international sales and marketing, particularly within the IT sector, with a proven track record of successfully expanding businesses into global markets.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Strategy Development : Design and implement international sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company s global objectives to ensure success in diverse markets.
  • Business Development : Identify emerging market segments and regions to drive international growth and expansion, leveraging new opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research : Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of international markets.
  • Negotiations Deal Closing : Lead high-level negotiations, close international deals, and form strategic partnerships to drive global revenue growth.
  • Sales Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze international sales performance, providing insights to senior management to optimize strategies and enhance performance.
  • Brand Representation : Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events, enhancing brand visibility and creating new business opportunities.
  • Compliance : Ensure that all international sales and marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
Qualifications :
  • Experience : 10-13 years of experience in international sales and marketing, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Track Record : Proven success in driving revenue growth and expanding businesses into new international markets.
  • Market Knowledge : Strong understanding of global market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Negotiation Communication Skills : Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Demonstrated experience working with product development, marketing, and other teams to deliver customized solutions for international clients.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, refine strategies, and optimize sales performance.
