Hiring:
Job Title: Senior Data Scientist [ 5 7 years]
Location: Yemalur, Bengaluru
Job Role: Worked on and have good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
(GCP) and corresponding ML services like Vertex AI, Big Query ML, Auto
ML, Kubeflow
- Experience in developing MLOps pipelines.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain domain
- Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques:
GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, Text mining, social
network analysis, Natural Language processing, etc.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression,
properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and
experience with applications.
- Experience in analyzing complex problems and translating them to data
science algorithms.
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to
manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering,
decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world
advantages/drawbacks.
- Prior experience of having worked in consulting/product/analytics
environment.
- Team player and demonstrated ability to work effectively across various
internal organizations and international teams.
- Certified with GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into
meaningful business recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment.
- Proven experience in delivering analytical solutions within mid to large size
project teams, and working in on-shore & off-shore environment

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences,
revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Responsible for building and maintaining ML Ops pipelines for the product.
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and
improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business
strategies. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data
sets
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Provide project management, quality assurance, leadership and mentoring
to a team of analyst based in an offshore location.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging methodologies to
continuously improve skill set around customer and product analytics.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and improve team productivity through
training/documentation of best practices that are directly linked to
customer engagement.
