Role responsibilities
    • Globally manage and resolve 1st and 2nd line of support tickets
    • Manage ITs service responsibilities and support our service desk in the Cognite Bengaluru office
    • Hands-on support experience with with:
    • Access management to internal and 3. party systems and applications
    • License management and requests
    • User identity and groups support
    • IT hardware troubleshooting and requests
    • Access management
    • Troubleshoot and resolve support issues related to Azure (Intune/Entra ID), GWS, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Slack, SaaS applications
    • Document IT processes in our knowledge base
    • Collaborate and leverage the organizations expertise for efficient IT Operations.
We believe most of these should match your experience
    • You have experience working 1st and 2nd line in IT operation support
    • You have experience with working with an ITSM tool - preferably Jira Service Management
    • Bachelors/Masters degree degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience in IT Operations
    • You are a team player who loves to share, inspire, and collaborate
    • You have relevant technical skills and contribute to the teams tasks
    • You are service-minded and are energized by spending time with your colleagues

    • You do not give up easily and have the patience to troubleshoot:
    • MacOS, Windows, and different Linux distributions
    • Microsoft Defender, Intune, Jamf Pro, and Jamf Protect
    • M365
    • Entra ID
    • Google Workspace
    • Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, Trello, OpsGenie
    • 3. Party SaaS applications
    • Slack
    • SAML SSO SCIM
