Cogniphi - Technical Team Lead - MEAN Stack (7-9 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and Mentor the team technically.

- Participate in full software development lifecycle and write code which gives utmost performance, maintainable, clear and concise.

- Build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant and scalable applications/system

- Translate Business Requirements into system design

- Review the design, architecture, code, test cases of the work completed by team.

- Effort estimation for the new requirements or any changes required in the product.

- Developing frame work required for any specific requirements that can support junior developers

- Preparing HLD, LLD and SAD documents / architecture for applications features business components and data models.

- Ensuring quality deliverables as per expectations with close coordination with team.

- Ensuring best engineering practices are followed during development.

- Handle customer queries and complaints received directly or through the company support organization.

- Work closely with internal teams like Validation, Implementation, Support, Documentation, Solution team) and external stake holders (Customer)

- Contribute on backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews and demos

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in software design, development and deployment

- Must have extensive experience in architecture, design and development on (i) RESTful APIs and development experience using C#.NET React.js / Angular

- Must have experience of relational database such as My SQL, MS SQL Server, NoSQL databases PostgreSQL/MongoDB)

- Must have experience in Web Services, SOAP, TCP, Microservices

- Must have excellent experience in debugging, Problem Solving and root cause analysis

- Must have experience on writing xUnit or Microsoft Test Framework.

- Must have experience in message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka

- Must have experience with CI tools on Maven, Gitlab, Jenkins etc building pipelines.

- Exposure to new tech stacks: AI, ML, BigData, Cloud, Broker Engine, Rule Engine, Report Builder

- Strong exposure to Mean Stacks (Mongo, Express, Angular, Node and React for simple and scalable full stack applications)

- Experience in Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure.

- Should have good experience of creating designs & design patterns
