Known as CONVEX and NEBULA among traders, Factotum is recognized for enhancing trading strategies.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager & Architect who combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills. This role requires you to architect high-performance systems, manage complex software projects, and lead cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that both the technical and managerial aspects of projects run smoothly, delivering innovative solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead software projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet business goals.
• Solution Architecture: Design scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions, providing technical leadership and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Hands-on Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Contribute to all stages of development and address technical challenges when needed.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and a high standard of coding and design practices.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and hands-on development in [mention languages and technologies, e.g., Java, Python, React, AWS].
• Project Management: Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies. Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, system architecture, and project management.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, TOGAF) are a plus.
