Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate CSR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between demand for HBOT chambers in trust and government hospitals and the support of CSR partners. This role involves identifying potential CSR partners, presenting the value of HBOT chambers in improving public health outcomes, and securing donations for these institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• CSR Partnership Development:
• Identify and engage with corporate entities, foundations, and organizations with active CSR initiatives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the CSR domain to promote partnerships.
• Proposal Management:
• Create persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to CSR partners, showcasing the societal and health benefits of donating HBOT chambers to hospitals.
• Align proposals with the CSR objectives and compliance requirements of prospective partners.
• Fundraising and Donation Facilitation:
• Drive fundraising efforts to secure funding for HBOT chambers through CSR programs.
• Convince CSR partners to support the procurement and donation of HBOT chambers to trust and government hospitals.
• Strategic Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation, compliance, and smooth execution of CSR projects.
• Coordinate with hospitals and government authorities to align CSR contributions with healthcare needs.
• Awareness and Advocacy:
• Promote awareness about the importance and impact of HBOT chambers in healthcare through networking, conferences, and CSR events.
• Advocate for Oxycea’s mission and build credibility in the CSR community.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the CSR industry, with a successful track record of securing CSR partnerships and donations.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey the value of HBOT chambers to CSR stakeholders.
• Networking: Strong network within the CSR ecosystem, including corporate CSR departments, NGOs, and trust hospitals.
• Persuasion: Demonstrated ability to convince CSR partners and decision-makers to support healthcare projects.
• Knowledge: Understanding of CSR laws, guidelines, and compliance in India.
• Proactive: Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
