Role & responsibilities

1. Resource check before system and new functions are imported and launched;

2. Provide user education training for system & new functions;

3. UAT testing of system and optimization requirements, analysis and processing of test results, and feedback to developers;

4. Analysis and handling of on-site anomalies during system launch and trial operation;

5. Routine maintenance of the system.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Proficient knowledge of MES intelligent manufacturing systems, able to accurately diagnose faults and solve related anomalies, and able to locate problems through log analysis;

2. Familiar with common database operations such as MySQL, Oracle, Redis, PostgreSQL, etc；

3. Proficient in handling various operating systems such as Windows/MAC OS/Linux, as well as software and hardware exceptions;；

4. Familiar with enterprise network architecture, capable of network troubleshooting and issue handling;

5.Proficient in using Python, PowerShell, or other programming languages, capable of programing automated operation and maintenance tools;
