Job Title: UI Architect

Location: Gurgaon, India

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days.

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced UI Architect to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with proven team leadership experience. Familiarity with Figma is a plus. As a UI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the technical architecture of our web applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the technical architecture for web UI using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality user interfaces.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for architectural designs and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI development.
• Ensure all UI solutions are secure, scalable, and highly performant.
• Utilize Figma for design collaboration and prototyping when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting web applications.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and projects.
• Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration is a plus.
