Evaluate current Perf Management philosophy and framework, recommend process enhancements, and support implementation and execution, towards advancing a robust and sustainable performance culture across levels and locations. - Execution of Cyclical People Processes e.g. goal setting annual and midyear performance cycles, promotions compensation management, etc. with timeline adherence - Work closely with the BU / HR teams in preparing Org, BU, and team level interventions, deliver on Succession Planning, and follow through to ensure effectiveness of programs. - Assist Lead People Partners with planning and roll out of people programs and initiatives across locations - Provide inputs to Lead People- Partners on policy gaps or introductions of policies that will benefit the organization, by feedbacks, focused group discussions and comparative studies with the current market - Drive associate engagement initiatives through effective associate connects, conduct periodic communication forums - Capture insights and plan key action from focused group discussions - Handle separations process end to end conducting exit interviews to ensure smooth closure of F&F - Coach mangers on their roles and issues - Conduct Step UP meetings for new managers.
