Job Description:

• Enterprise Architect (Reliability, Scalability, Security). We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive our initiatives aimed at achieving zero application downtime and enhancing the overall reliability, scalability, and security of our .Net based application on Azure and On Premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Design and implement enterprise-level architecture strategies that focus on minimizing application downtime to zero. System Analysis: Assess existing applications to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement regarding reliability and performance.
• High Availability Solutions: Develop and promote high availability and disaster recovery solutions to ensure continuous application operation. Security Integration: Integrate security measures into the architecture to protect against threats while maintaining system performance.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security, to align architecture with business goals and user needs. Cloud and Modernization Strategies: Evaluate and recommend cloud migration and modernization strategies to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively address potential downtimes and performance bottlenecks. Documentation and Governance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure compliance and understanding across the organization.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams in best practices for architecture, reliability, and security.

Education / Qualification:

• BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on minimizing downtime, reliability, security and scalability.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of high availability and disaster recovery planning. Familiarity with programming languages and technologies relevant to (e.g., Java, .NET).
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in Retail/Insurance based applications is an advantage
