Technical Manager

Software company based in Philadephia, USA is looking for a Technical Manager to head our Chennai based technical team.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify the gaps in technology being used and propose the required changes
• Work with a team of Programmers and bring them upto speed on the technologies being used.
• Accountable for the developmental deliverables on all Projects.
• Propose and implement new standards in technologies used.

Desired candidate profile

• Should have been the lead programmer or the chief architect behind the development and implementation of multiple systems in multiple domains
• Should have transitioned to all of the latest methods being used by development teams to ensure high standards in their projects
• Should have knowledge of MVC and Dot Net CORE.
• Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Should have experience working for Small and mid-sized companies
