Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist (Remote)

Job Title:Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist. Job Summary:. We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist to implement an automated solution to transfer data between systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the current process, developing, testing, and deploying an RPA solution to take output from one of our models and input it into another system. You will also play a key role in educating the team on RPA best practices and technologies. The initial focus will be on leveraging the Microsoft Power Automate platform, but the candidate should be flexible and knowledgeable in evaluating other technologies.

Responsibilities:. Process Analysis:Work with stakeholders to understand the existing manual data transfer process, identify pain points, and document requirements for automation.

RPA Solution Design:Design and develop a robust and scalable RPA solution using Microsoft Power Automate to automate the data transfer between our model output and the target system.

Development and Implementation:Develop, test, and implement the RPA solution, ensuring it meets all functional and non-functional requirements.

Testing and Debugging:Thoroughly test and debug the RPA solution, identify and resolve issues.

Documentation:Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation for the RPA solution, including design, implementation, and maintenance procedures.

Knowledge Transfer:Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members on RPA concepts, the developed solution, and best practices.

Technology Evaluation:Evaluate other RPA tools and technologies (in addition to Microsoft Power Automate) and recommend alternative solutions if necessary, keeping the companys specific needs in mind.

Maintenance and Support:Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the implemented RPA solution, addressing any issues that arise and implementing improvements.

Stay updated:Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies and trends.

Qualifications:. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant technical role.

Proven experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions, preferably using Microsoft Power Automate or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex processes.

Experience with data manipulation and transfer techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Familiarity with various data formats (e.g., CSV, JSON, XML).

Basic understanding of model outputs.

Strong understanding of automation design principles, including security and exception handling.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:. Microsoft Power Automate certifications.

Experience with other RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.

Experience integrating with various APIs and databases.

Experience with agile development methodologies.
