Full-Stack Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a teams of Full Stack Leads and Engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to drive team performance and growth.
Architect and design scalable and robust full-stack solutions that leverage AI and cloud technologies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate machine learning models and algorithms into applications.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices to maintain code quality and consistency.
Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Drive the adoption of Cloud First principles, including scalability, elasticity, and cost optimization.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of AI and Cloud First applications.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
10-12 years of proven experience in Full Stack development, with significant experience in AI-driven and Cloud First application development.
4-6 years of experience in team leadership and people management, with a track record of building and retaining high-performing engineering teams.
Expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, React Native, React, Node.js, Python, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Preferred Skills:

Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and implementing Cloud First principles
Knowledge of AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Contribution to open-source projects or AI-related research.
Work Location : Remote

Work Timings : 3pm- 12 am
