Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Recruitment, and Marketing to ensure smooth client experiences, driving customer adoption and success.
- Relationship Management: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) by building and sustaining strong client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Strategic Communication: Handle communications with clients and internal stakeholders, including CxO-level executives, ensuring clarity on performance, governance, financial matters, and any issues.
- Contractual Oversight: Manage legal and contractual requirements like MSAs and SOWs, working with clients to implement necessary amendments and approvals.
- Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage risks proactively to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Governance Process Execution: Implement the Engagement Governance Process (EGP) and contribute to its continuous improvement to enhance customer success.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an MBA is preferred.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Software Services or IT industry, with a focus on sales and business development, is mandatory.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Shifts: Must be comfortable working US shifts
