Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Rajkot. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client accounts, and developing effective communication strategies. They will also be involved in fostering business relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
Experience in account management and customer relationship management.
Proven ability to create and maintain effective business networks.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions and services.
Understanding of market trends and competitive analysis.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including software, hardware, and consulting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
