> Job Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
• Identify target audiences, create audience personas, and tailor campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion.
• Monitor and adjust digital campaigns based on performance analytics, trends, and best practices.

Social Media Management

• Create and manage social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging networks relevant to the IT industry.
• Design and implement a social content calendar, ensuring regular, high-quality posts that engage our audience and support brand identity.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

Content Creation & Management

• Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce engaging blog posts, case studies, white papers, and email content.
• Conduct keyword research and marketing strategies to ensure high-ranking and relevant content.
• Manage website content updates to improve UX and ensure that it aligns with campaign goals and SEO best practices.

Email Marketing

• Develop and manage email campaigns, including segmentation, content, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• A/B test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to optimize email engagement and improve open and conversion rates.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track performance and analyze data.
• Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and ROI, and present insights and recommendations to the management team.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Participate in regular meetings to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and metrics.

> Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably in an IT or technology-driven environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush,), PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and create actionable recommendations.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking: Innovative, with the ability to think outside the box and execute strategic goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
