Codex Tech - Senior Node.js Developer (6-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Codex Tech IT is seeking an experienced Node.js Developer with over 6 years of expertise to join our growing team. This is a remote position where you will be responsible for developing robust, scalable backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. If you have experience with cloud-based development, Kubernetes, and a passion for problem-solving, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (K8).

- Work closely with the frontend and other backend developers to ensure seamless integration of systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and application performance.

- Collaborate with the Customer Support Engineering team to understand and resolve customer issues.

- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Continuously improve and enhance existing systems by identifying and fixing bugs or performance bottlenecks.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the use of best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Node.js development.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8) and cloud-based development.

- Strong understanding of building and managing scalable microservices.

- Proven experience in debugging and problem-solving in complex environments.

- Prior experience in Customer Support Engineering is preferred.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Solid understanding of API design and development, including RESTful services and GraphQL.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and code deployment automation.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
