Codeworks is an IT Services firm headquartered in SE Wisconsin, known for our strong commitment to quality and for our direct client relationships We are seeking a Project Manager I with extensive experience in instructional design and adult learning for a confidential client The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop engaging eLearning content, and manage projects to successful completion This role requires proficiency with eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia content creation, with a focus on delivering high-quality, accessible learning solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, define objectives, and design effective adult learning solutions Develop engaging instructional materials using eLearning tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and accessibility standards Administer and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), including uploading, tracking, and reporting on training programs Utilize multimedia tools to create interactive and engaging learning content Lead and manage projects related to instructional design and training delivery from concept to completion Ensure high-quality content delivery that adheres to usability and accessibility requirements (eg, ADA compliance) Analyze learning data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Maintain clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle 10+ years of experience in Instructional Design with a focus on adult learning 10+ years of experience in Writing and Editing instructional content 10+ years of experience in Training Delivery for varied learning environments 5+ years of experience with eLearning Development Tools (eg, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia) 5+ years of experience creating Multimedia Content to enhance learning materials 5+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) 5+ years of experience ensuring Accessibility and Usability (eg, ADA compliance) in content creation 5+ years of experience in Project Management involving multiple stakeholders and learning programs Experience administering Cornerstone LMS Familiarity with MS Planner for project tracking Data Analysis and Reporting skills Experience building BI Dashboards for learning metrics CPLP Certification (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance)
